Welcome to the my Pilates Body Assistant mobile app ("App") provided by AI-First Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

• All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AI-First Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You retain ownership of any videos or other content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and improving the App and our services.

• By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI-First Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Client understands and agrees that Pilates, other fitness classes, or activities provided by the App (collectively, “Activities”) involve a risk of injury. Client agrees that she or he is voluntarily participating in the Activities and understands and accepts any and all risks associated with such participation. Client is aware that it may be advisable to consult a physician before participating in the Activities and, if necessary based on Client’s particular circumstances, has done so.

Subscription:

• The App offers a monthly or annual subscription which provides access to features included in the subscription.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next period.

• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Price Changes:

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for subscriptions at any time. We will notify you of any price changes with reasonable notice before they take effect.

• Your continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.

Free Trials:

• We may offer free trials for new users.

• Free trial eligibility is determined at our sole discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse.

• We reserve the right to revoke any free trial and put your account on hold if we determine that you're not eligible.

• We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with a previous free trial to determine eligibility.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
